Common questions

Worth asking before you issue a card.

Which card should I pick?

For services and ads with small charges, Visa E-commerce: issued with just a phone number, no daily or monthly limit. For large payments, Visa Platinum, up to $80,000 per transaction. To pay in shops via Apple Pay and Google Pay, Mastercard Business.

How much does a card cost?

Issuance is a one-time payment: Visa Platinum costs 16 USDT, Visa E-commerce 35 USDT, Mastercard Business 40 USDT. E-commerce and Business also require a 10 USDT first top-up, which is credited to the card. None of the cards has a monthly fee.

What are the fees?

Top-up: 2% on Visa Platinum, 2.9% on Mastercard Business, 3.5% on Visa E-commerce. Authorization on Platinum and Business is 0.50 USD. On E-commerce it’s 0.10 USD for charges under 1 USD and free above that, plus 0.03 USD per 3DS check. The issuer may add a foreign exchange fee depending on the country of issue and the transaction currency.

What is the decline penalty on Visa E-commerce?

If more than 10% of the card’s transactions are declined, a 0.80 USD penalty applies. For ads that means one thing: keep enough balance on the card so the ad account doesn’t keep hitting an empty card.

What documents do I need?

Visa E-commerce needs only a phone number. Visa Platinum and Mastercard Business need a phone number, a passport and a face photo. Photos must be clear, with your face and the document details easy to read.

Where won’t the card work?

In sanctioned countries: transactions there are unavailable under the applicable restrictions.

Is there a referral program?

Yes — you earn a share of the fees on card purchases and transactions made by people you invite. Payouts land on your in-app referral balance.
